I have to say, Code Geass and Trigun are my top two favorites. I suppose I'd have to choose Code Geass marginally ahead of Trigun, but I love the both of them to bits. Code Geass... I adored the plot and am a mecha fanboy. From the start it sets me up to love it. Actually felt sad at moments in the series, which doesn't happen too often. Trigun, its plot was good as well imo, and though I didn't grow as attached to the characters, its settings was lovely and Vash is a badass. A lovable badass <3 I think the manga differs some, not sure, but either way I feel it could have been a bit longer than it was, I suppose, as its one drawback.
Beyond those two, I also have a certain spot in mah heart for One Piece. It's by no means the greatest, but of anime that run over 150 episodes long or so, I think it's my favorite of those ones. Not super amazing, but good.

Gah, I always get stuck on these threads. First off I really like Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya and I don't care what Vyse says or how many disgusting alternative hentai pictures he shows me in an effort to put me off. Magical Shopping Arcade Abenobashi had me laughing most of the way through it too, I thought FMA Brotherhood was awesome and I could watch Code Geass 'till the cows came home, those stay out, late night little black and white slags. But for an all time favourite I like to pretend I umm and arr over it, between Spice & Wolf, Honey And Clover, blah, blah, but let's face it, it's gotta be Toradora. Oh the thrills, spills, massive tears rolling down my face and leaving me so painfully aware of the pit I'm sat in. God, 'dat anime. All I have to say really. 'dat anime.

You like Naruto too, Kain!? It's the best anime evar! Sasuke is so kawaii~desu. Nah, but seriously? Probably Chobits. Ooh-ooh, ooh-ooh yeah, always be with you~ Okay, okay. Srsly this time. Seeing as I'm too indecisive a prick this'll be iffy. Probably Fooly Cooly or perhaps Fullmetal Alchemist. Not that shitty remake that followed the manga. If you like Brotherhood more than the Original then your opinion is already invalid. Fooly Cooly was one of the first anime I've ever seen. The more I watch it the more nostalgic it gets. :'| It was laid back and cool, had a bitchin' ost. Plus, dose eye brows, man. Dose brows. Yeah, it's mostly nostalgia. Shut up. Fullmetal Alchemist was dark and subtle. It's also one of my first, back when Adult Swim didn't suck. Nostalgia makes everything superior. Shit got emotional for me at the end. Oh, and the first season of Darker than Black. Awesome soundtrack. Oh! And Katanagatari! You know, the one anime that only I've seen? Ah, and Samurai Champloo too. Sod, I could go on and on. In fa-

I never got to see all of Samurai Champloo, but I do remember bits of it, always was an anime I liked. Sometimes it proved Japan is the king of random and weird, other times giving me things I loved about it <3
Oh. Also. FMA: Brotherhood FTW, FUCK HEW GUY. B(

Brotherhood>Original. You know you'd agree if it wasn't for nostalgia.
As far as my favorites go, I have a list!
5. Soul Eater 4. Ao No Exorcist 3. Trigun 2. Gurren Lagann 1. FMA Brotherhood.

Brotherhood's better than the original TOG, you know this. Search your feelings, you know it to be true.
Also, I forgot Hellsing. For shame, I forgot Hellsing. And Hellsing Ultimate, I'll watch them both, who knew Crispin Freeman could sound so un-Kyon like. NOT THAT I WATCHED THE ENGLISH DUB HAR HAR.

My favorite, huh? I would say mine is Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann. I love the character, the action and the story so much. To sum it up in short: It's pretty friggin' epic.

Oh, by Odin's beard, this is like trying to pick a favourite child, uhh, right... Let's start with the big one. One Piece. I see that look most of you are giving me, but eh, what can I say? After having watched over 500 episodes of, and having read over 650 chapters of the manga, well... The characters are so familiar to me, it's like they're old friends. It always manages to make me smile and feel good, and when it goes to tug at my heartstrings, damn it, it sure as hell succeeds. This anime has had me in tears more times than I dare admit to. For fuck's sake, I cried because of a ship! But yeah, I just love it, more than I probably should. I hate being a fanboy, but here, I gotta admit to it. Moving right along, there's Cowboy Bepop. Need I say much? Most of you have seen it, and most of you have probably liked it, or loved it. It was probably the first anime to some, even. But eh, I do realize it has a lot of faults, but I just enjoy it because of how MOTHERFUCKING COOL it is. The opening of Bepop is about as cool as cool shit gets. I could watch it over and over again without getting sick of it. Oh, and Spike is BAMF. Then, let's see... I would say Trigun is one of my favourites, but it's not, really. It hasn't aged very well, I don't think. Also, after having read the manga, the inconsistencies and plotholes just irk me, as they cut out a crap ton of stuff from the anime. So yeah, it's noteworthy, as it was one of my first animes (if not the first, can't quite recall). Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood is also amazing. I absolutely adore the manga, which I discovered after having seen the original FMA anime, which kind of... destroyed it for me, forever. The manga was just, so much superior. Then Brotherhood comes along and goes "I'MMA DO THE MANGA JUSTICE" and I was in love. It does have it's flaws as well -- it moves along a bit too quickly, I think. It doesn't give quite enough time for character development to sink in, but instead just moves along, never giving us a very somber moment. That didn't really matter to me, though, as I had seen the original anime and had read the manga, where the pacing was admittedly better, but eh... If you were completely new to FMA and started with Brotherhood, I think it might be a bit confusing. I still have a fuck ton more to mention, but I'll just cut this post here. It's already too long.

Hmmm, toughy. I'ma jump on the band wagon and say Code Geass. . . Fu**in loved that anime. Must I say why?
Close second is Dbz, or FMA. Again, must I explain?
Third or Fourth (Depending on how you took my second place) Spice & Wolf Normally I'm not huge on "Romance". But, Spice & Wolf was just THAT good.

For those who said they like FMA, I'll have to ask which one? Brotherhood or the Original? My opinion of you will hinge on this dire matter.

As will mine. Brotherhood > Shitty first one. Also, I forgot to mention Absolutely brilliant show, amazing and surprisingly poignant storyline about the passage of time, regrets and growing up, not to mention hilarious. But what I love most about this show are its two main characters, you can't count most of the others as they're throughout most of the show just representations of different facets of Sasshi's personality. The two MC's feel like real, actual people. They're daft, make mistakes (but not in that painfully klutzy way I see in every other anime), and they're crap at talking to one another about anything serious without trying to dodge the subject. This is the show I end up using as an example in the "well if you don't think Cowboy Bebop is all that what the hell do you consider deep?" These two characters feel like real people. I feel like I could meet one of them tomorrow and not have him stand out in any strange way. No other anime I've ever seen, ever, has done that. Not Toradora, not Cowboy Bebop, not Spice & Wolf, none. The characters are interesting, but they're not real.
